Our first Takumi store – since 2007 in Düsseldorf.
Since 2007, we have been serving original “Sapporo Ramen” in our very first Takumi store on Immermannstraße — inspired by the ramen culture of northern Japan.
Our ramen noodles come directly from Hokkaido, the home of authentic Sapporo ramen, and mature here in Düsseldorf until they reach the perfect consistency. We source our vegetables as regionally as possible. This way, we combine authentic Japanese flavors with the best local ingredients.

The Broth
Our Sapporo Ramen are based on a rich, aromatic miso pork broth — inspired by the original from Hokkaido. The broth is full-bodied, hearty, and warms you from the inside.
The Noodles
We use special, slightly wavy ramen noodles with a firm, chewy texture — perfect for soaking up the rich miso broth. They are made in Hokkaido and matured on-site in Düsseldorf until they reach the perfect consistency.
The Toppings
Classically topped with juicy chashu (pork belly), fresh vegetables, and bamboo shoots — the perfect complement to this hearty Japanese soul food.
